PADI Peak Performance Buoyancy specialty course is dedicated to further mastering of your buoyancy control and proper swimming techniques.

We are not revealing a secret that buoyancy is one of the basic but most relevant skills in diving. The efficiency of controlling your body in the water will definitely make your diving safe, you’ll get much more fun and consume less air.
During this course you will be taught to correctly weigh yourself and place the weights to reach good balance, improve your fin skills and do some exercises, such as: fin pivoting, hovering and 3 positions hovering: vertical, horizontal and head down. You also swim through different loops and over some obstacles to improve and strengthen your skills.

PADI Peak Performance Buoyancy – is the right specialty course for thedivers who have just made their Open Water Diver course and need to improve their buoyancy skills.
Course prerequisites:
PADI Open Water Diver or Junior PADI Open Water Diver or analogous from the other agencies.
Minimal age – 10
Medical clearance.
Course schedule:
The course takes just one day. You shall devote part of it to theoretical materials and then you listen to the briefing from your instructor. Then you are up to the boat for 2 dives and around 5:00 p.m. you finish the course.
Further education:
The dive from this course may count towards your PADI Advanced Open Water certification.
