The course PADI Scuba Diver is for those who is limited in time for education, maybe doesn’t have enough spare funds, and for the families with kids who want to get the certification, but don’t want to spend a lot of time studying, pass exams and practice a lot of skills.
Upon the completion of the course you get your international certification that will allow you to dive to the depth not more than 12 m together with PADI professional.
This is a half way to your Open Water Diver certification. For to get this certification you have to make three out of five theoretical chapters of the Open Water Diver course, three confined water dives out of five and two open water dives out of four.

What will you be doing?
Your classes start with studying 3 theoretical chapters from Open Water Diver book that can be complemented by watching the video. Then you have to answer to the questions of three Knowledge Reviews (open book)and write three tests by the materials of those chapters with the books closed for your theoretical knowledge evaluation.
Practice, confined water.
From simple things to more complicated! We start our confined water session in one of the most picturesque bays of the island on the depth of approximately 1,5 m. We start practicing simple and basic skills when you learn how to clear the regulator and your mask, to use alternate air source provided by your buddy learn basic rules of controlling your buoyancy and how to use your equipment.
We will be moving from simple exercises to more complicated ones on the way. After confined water practices you will feel much more comfortable in the water, get accustomed to your equipment , you’ll manage to deal with different situations which might occur during your dives.
Practice, open water.
Now we are moving to the open water part of the course. Your first dive is just an excursion. You will use the things that you’ve learnt to enjoy your first open water dive. On the second and other course dives you will demonstrate some of the skills to your instructor in deeper water and then do another underwater excursion.
If you have already done DSD programme then you only should do two confined water dives and one open water dive. You can easily do it within one day!

Course schedule.
The schedule will be built depending upon your preferences. But usually it looks like the following:
First day starts at 9:00 a.m. when you and your instructor will dedicate a few hours to go through the theoretical part of the course and watch educational movie.
Then you go with the boat for to make the confined water part. The classes are usually over at about 5:00 p.m.
The next day will be dedicated to your open water exercises. We will start at approximately 11:00 a.m. and around 5:00 p.m. you will complete the course.
Further education:
At any time after the completion of PADI Scuba Diver Course you can upgrade your certification to Open Water Diver level. All you have to do is to complete two theoretical chapters from the book PADI Open Water Diver, two confined water sessions and two more open water dives.
